I was seriously worried about the answer to this question this morning. If the content was the problem, then I am in entirely the wrong place. But the question was bogus. The answer is both! The content held little interest, but the delivery was thoroughly without affect. Although the news was great (business is booming), there was no way to discern that from the delivery.
