On Dialogue

I finished reading David Bohm's On Dialogue this weekend.

As I read further, I kept wondering if David Bohm had ever heard of meditation. It seems to me that much of his desired or hoped-for development of consciousness is answered by meditation. But maybe I'm not reading him well.

More information on David Bohm at
http://www.david-bohm.net/dialogue/

or join the list server Dialogue group at:
http://www.david-bohm.org/mailman/listinfo/bohm_dialogue

You can ask your question there and get a pretty interesting bunch of replies about the question from some of the people who started Dialogue with David Bohm who are still alive and on this group.

Thanks for visiting and for the pointers, Franis!

I lurked on the Dialogue listserv for a few weeks earlier this month. The conversation seemed to be more esoteric than practical, and I didn't feel comfortable breaking into what seemed to be a privileged type of discussion.

Maybe I could screw my courage back up, resubscribe, and ask my question.
